For use on dry hair only.
Step 1. Start with clean, dry hair. Apply a heat-protectant like our Mermade Mist and section hair using Grip Clips.
Step 2. Plug in tool. Press down the power button to turn ON. Press the power button to increase or decrease the temperature. The light will flash until desired temperature is reached. To turn the airflow function on, hold down the fan button. The airflow function will help cool the hair down after each pass.
Step 3. Taking one section at a time, use like you would a traditional straightening iron. Start near the root of the section, gently clamp and pass hair through to the ends for a sleek, straight finish.
Step 4. To create extra volume and curl, wrap the hair around the barrel or gently rotate and twist the barrel with each pass. Repeat for all layers and sections of hair.
Step 5. Hold down the power button to turn off. Finish with a shot of hair spray for extra hold.
Be careful not to touch the scalp with the tool. Make sure to clean out bristles and wipe down the tool after use to avoid product build up.

These are the perfect replacement from my old straighteners that have finally decided to not live on anymore. This one makes my hair feel soft somehow and I don't even need to clamp down hard on my hair like I would have with others I have used, it straightens my hair perfectly and even the random rough frizz patch I get on the middle back of my head. They have smoothed it down nicely. I have 3a/3b hair naturally and these were great on making my hair smooth on setting 200° (haven't tried lower setting yet), usually i'd go higher because my hair is sometimes stubborn, didn'thave to this time with these. I havent checked what it's like after hair wash day yet, but seeing the way it is now, they will be great at handling my hair and keeping it straight throughout the day. love that they are pink and even the cable and plug is pink too. Super cute. The infrared is a super plus (that stuff is good for you).

Bought this style after seeing an American version and wanted it badly. When I saw that Mermaid Hair bought out a similar tool I had to buy it straight away. I absolutely love it. I’ve watched many YouTube tutorials on curling with it. I’ve found you have to start with smooth hair so apply dry shampoo or hairspray after you’ve curled your hair to add grit. Also only use smallish sections of hair for best results.
