….How to Use the Mermade Hair 32mm Pro Hair Waver

Step 1: Prep the Tool

Ensure your hair is clean, dry, and tangle-free. Place the waver on a heat-resistant surface, plug it in, and hold the ON/OFF button until it turns on. Adjust the temperature to your desired heat; 180°C/360°F is recommended for healthier styling unless you have very coarse/thick hair.

Step 2: Prep Your Hair

The key to long-lasting, lush waves is to apply a heat protectant and contour spray like our Mermade thermal-mist to protect your hair and add extra hold.

Step 3: Section and Wave

Divide your hair into sections using Grip Clips. Clamp a section near the roots, hold for 2-5 seconds, and then re-clamp the top barrel onto the last wave bend. Hold for less time if the hair is easy to curl or if you want less defined waves. Once you have released your first clamp, re-clamp the top barrel of the waver onto the last wave bend. You want to overlap each wave with your waver to create a seamless wave from roots to ends. Repeat this process to the ends of the whole head.

Step 4: Set the Waves
