Promotional Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance. By using or attempting to use any redemption or promotional code for an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Offer Period. Promotions are only available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised on mermadehair.com.au. Mermade Hair Pty Ltd has the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
  3. Conditions. Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts including price matching of any other retailer.
    Promotions may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. Promotions will not always be replicated in-store. Qualifying promotion amount applies to merchandise only, excluding Gift Cards and shipping and handling charges (unless otherwise stated).
  4. Offers are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). Promotions may be subject to availability.
  5. 'Excluded Items' means sale items and electronic Gift Cards unless otherwise stated.
  6. Redemption. To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the advertised redemption code into the promo code box during the checkout process or purchase using auto-applied code. A coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You can only use the redemption code once unless otherwise stated.
  7. Returns. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a promotional offer, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you. Gift Cards or clearance items are not eligible for refund.
  8. Changes. Mermade Hair Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion.
  9. Offers:
    1. From time to time we may run promotions on our website which are subject to both these Terms and any additional promotion-specific Terms which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You should ensure that you read the specific conditions that apply to each promotion. By proceeding to purchase you agree and accept the Terms of the applicable promotion(s).
    2. Purchases made during a promotional period do not qualify for change of mind refunds or free returns under the company T&Cs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    3. Buy 1, Get 1 offers exclude clearance product unless stated otherwise. Discount will be applied to the cheapest product added to cart.
    4. A coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Two coupon codes cannot be used in the same order

    1. Instagram Giveaways. Instagram Giveaways are open to participants who are 18 years of age or older. There is no limit to the number of entries. Competition eligibility dates are advised on each individual post. Entries received after the competition closes will not be eligible. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified via direct message on the platform where the competition was held within 72 hours of the competition closing. Winners will also be tagged on the original competition post where applicable. Winners will be sent the prize as stated in the individual post. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
    2. Competitions: Meta and website competitions are open to participants who are 18 years of age or older. Competition eligibility dates are advised on each individual competition page. Entries received after the competition closes will not be eligible. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified via email within 72 hours of the competition closing. Winners will also be listed on this page. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform where it is held. By providing your email address, you are signing up to Mermade Hair's database and consenting to receiving marketing communications. You can opt out at any time.

 GIVEAWAY - AUD$1500 VOUCHER*

*The Mermade $1500 Hair Giveaway (the "Giveaway") will begin at 10:00 AM AEST on 29th January 2025 and will end at 5:00 PM AEST on 29th April 2025 (the "Giveaway Period"). The Giveaway is open globally to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, entrants must ensure they comply with all relevant local laws and regulations to participate.

To enter, participants can complete the entry form provided and opt-in to receive marketing communications from Mermade Hair via email and SMS. OR participants may submit a product review and opt-in to Mermade Hair’s marketing communications through this channel. Each completed entry form or review will count as one (1) entry, with a maximum of one (1) entry per person. 

One (1) winner will be selected at random and notified via email by 5:00 PM AEST on 30th April 2025. The prize will be awarded in the form of a Mermade Hair gift card in the winner’s local currency, which may be redeemed for any available Mermade Hair products.

By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Mermade Hair Pty Ltd via email and SMS. Participants may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails or replying STOP to SMS messages. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, and the CAN-SPAM Act, participants’ personal data will only be used for the purpose of the Giveaway and marketing communications unless otherwise stated in Mermade Hair’s Privacy Policy.

Mermade Hair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice. All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be valid.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok or Instagram. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with all local laws and regulations governing such promotions, including those relating to marketing communications and data protection.
