30 Day Money Back Guarantee

For hot tools and accessories purchased from mermadehair.com.au, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for products purchased from our website only. All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery and we'll refund you. 

To be eligible for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, items must be returned in original condition, including all components and packaging.

Refunds cannot be issued for items that are missing parts, damaged, excessively used, or returned without their original packaging.

We do not accept refunds for gift vouchers, haircare products or accessories for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For full details, please review our Returns Policy.  

Returns Process

1. To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@mermadehair.com with the details below:

   Batch code (on the safety label or behind the handle):

2. Ship your return back to our warehouse. Please note we do not cover or refund shipping costs.
3. Once inspected, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 14 days.

Purchases From Retailers & Stockists

If you have purchased a Mermade product from a retailer you will need to contact the retailer directly for their returns policy. Your purchase will not be covered in our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
