Step 1
Hair should be clean, dry, and free of tangles before styling. Rest the Double Waver Max on a smooth, heat-resistant flat surface and plug it in. Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the unit powers on and the indicator light appears. Adjust the temperature by clicking the button to reach your desired heat setting. Click again to go up or down in temperature. For healthier styling, we recommend 180°C / 360°F.

Step 2
The key to long-lasting, lush waves is proper prep. Apply a heat protectant and styling primer like our Mermade Mist, which protects your strands and adds hold for a more defined wave.

Step 3
Section your hair using the included No Crease Clips. Smaller sections will create more defined waves. Start near the roots and clamp your first section into the barrels, making sure hair is evenly placed. Avoid contact with the scalp. Hold for around 2 seconds. After releasing the first clamp, re-clamp the top barrel onto the last wave bend to create a seamless wave from roots to ends. Repeat across your entire head.

Step 4
Once all sections are waved, let your hair cool completely to lock in the style. For an effortless, beachy finish, brush through your waves with a Mermade Brush or wide-tooth comb. Finish with Mermade Mist or your preferred styling spray for added hold and shine.

Step 5
To turn off, press and hold the power button until the light switches off. The Double Waver Max will auto shut-off after 60 minutes for added safety. Allow it to cool down fully before storing. Wipe clean to remove product buildup.

Tuck everything away in the included travel and storage bag to keep your waver, clips, and cords neat, protected, and ready to go.
